My Story
A Licensed Professional Here to Guide You
As a licensed clinical mental health counselor, I have worked in private practice since 2005 on issues related to depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, adjustment disorders, addiction, and marital conflict. I work from a strengths-based model and have built my practice applying the concepts of positive psychology and cognitive behavioral therapy. I honor continuity of treatment, whether over a lifetime or much shorter term, respecting every client’s personal journey. I deeply value the therapeutic relationship and believe in a compassionate-driven, human approach to counseling. I am extremely passionate about helping others, and I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to do so every single day.

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Westfield State University in 1998 and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rivier University in 2002. I am licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and a member of MaMHCA and NHMCA and ACA. Active volunteer for Give an Hour program since 2016.
