How much will it cost for therapy?

The out of pocket cost of therapy varies. If you plan to utilize an insurance benefit you may have a copayment due at the start of each session. You may also pay out of pocket if you have a deductible plan.  Please contact your insurance prior to coming in to verify your benefits.  My current rate is $120 per hour for individual sessions.

How long is a session?

Sessions are approximately 45 minutes in length.  The length of your session may vary depending on your needs.

What form of payment do you accept?

I accept payment in the form of cash, check or credit card via Square.

Do you prescribe medication?

No. You would be referred to a psychiatric provider such as a Psychiatrist or APRN if you are in need of medication.

What should I expect at my first session?

Your first session will allow us both the chance to figure out if I will be a good fit to help you with the issues you are facing. I will ask you questions to try to gain a thorough understanding of your needs and concerns.  We will discuss a treatment plan and schedule your next session or I will refer you to someone else who may be more helpful to you.
